It is not possible to reserve a car parking space. Due to the limited number of parking spaces around the St. Jakobshalle Basel, we would ask you to follow the Swiss Indoors signage. It is not possible to buy tickets including a parking space or exit tickets. N.B.: We recommend that visitors to the Swiss Indoors Basel do NOT use the car park in the St. Jakob Park Shopping Center as the prices for long-stay parking are higher than average on account of the shopping centre.
It is possible that some tickets will still be available from the box office on short notice. Telephone bookings are not possible. The box office can be found in the tower at the main entrance to St. Jakobshalle Basel. No more tickets can be sent in the post after 1pm on Monday 15 October 2012. Credit cards will be charged immediately upon acceptance of the order. Only tickets for which payment has been received will be available to collect from the box office.
