Best seats

There are various seating categories depending on needs and requirements. The view of Centre Court is guaranteed to be good from any seat.

 
Ordering option

You can purchase tickets in the blue, yellow and premium card categories via the ticket hotline tel. +41 (0)900 552 225 (CHF 1.19/min.) or on our website www.swissindoorsbasel.ch. When ordering tickets via the hotline or online, it is only possible to order a maximum of 10 tickets per person (apart from in the case of special offers). Validity of the tickets

Tickets are valid for the whole day and for all the day’s games (gates open every day at 11.45, and on the Sat/Sun of the final weekend, at 11.00. This applies for Centre Court (reserved seating) and Court 2 (unreserved seating).

 
Children need a ticket

For reasons of fire safety among other things, entry to the stadium can only be granted upon production of a valid ticket. A ticket is also required for small children – they may not sit in your lap. The event is not suitable for children under 6 years old. You can find more information on the special offers for young people HERE.

 
Wheelchair tickets

There are a limited number of daily wheelchair spaces available. For more information, or to purchase tickets, phone +41 (0)61 485 95 91

 
Ticket exchange / return

It is not possible to exchange or return tickets. Only exception with a conclusion of a cancellation insurance with Ticketcorner AG. You can find more information HERE.

Refunds are not possible in the event of changes to the schedule or match cancellation. All information is subject to change.

 
Transferrable tickets

Tickets for the Centre Court are transferrable and can be given to other persons. Re-entry for a subsequent ticket holder is only possible if they can present the original ticket together with the stamp (you will receive this at all exits when leaving the stadium).

 
Lost tickets

You do not have the right to replacement of lost tickets. In the case that you are insured against cancellation charges, you can find further information HERE. In individual cases, contact us under info@swissindoors.ch.

 
VIP-Loge, Premium Lounge, Membercards

Advance booking office for ticket reservations

Tickets are exclusively available to be ordered via the ticket hotline tel. +41 (0)900 552 225 (CHF 1.19/min.) or on the Internet under www.swissindoorsbasel.ch and in all official ticket agencies of Ticketcorner.

 
Access to the VIP area

Standard tickets in the blue, yellow and premium card categories do not grant access to the VIP Tennisdorf, the Kleines Village or the Meeting Point-Bar. It is not possible to purchase these access. They are only available via the sponsor of the respective VIP area.

Pairings / daily schedule / games

The daily schedule is published on the evening before the day’s play – at the end of the last game of that day. When the round of 16 begins, the pairings can be seen in the daily press and on Teletext.

Game duration

The duration of the respective games cannot be set in advance as the games do not all last the same amount of time (around 1 and up to 2.5 hours). For more information on the arena opening hours HERE.

Disabled parking spaces

Disabled parking spaces are available, the number of places is limited.

 
Photos

Photographs and videos may only be taken for personal use. The use of flash photography is strictly forbidden!

Recommended clothing for the VIP area

Recommended dress code for the VIP area (Tennisdorf, Premium Lounge, Kleines Village, VIP boxes): business – elegant

 
Car park / parking / Park&Ride

There are only a limited number of parking spaces available in the car park at the St. Jakobshalle Basel. If the car park is full, please follow the orange Swiss Indoors signs for the attended car park, where charges apply (CHF 15 per day per car). A free shuttle service runs to and from the tournament grounds. It is not possible to reserve parking spaces or to buy tickets that include a parking space or exit ticket. N.B.: We advise visitors to the Swiss Indoors Basel NOT to use the car park in the St. Jakob-Park shopping centre, as the prices for long-stay parking are higher than average on account of the shopping centre. The Park&Ride service will not run during the qualifying weekend.

 
Box office

It is possible that some tickets will still be available from the box office on short notice. Telephone bookings are not possible. The box office can be found in the tower at the main entrance to St. Jakobshalle Basel.

Lost items / lost property office

Lost items can be recovered from the lost property office of the St. Jakobshalle Basel. You can contact the lost property office on +41 (0)61 317 82 30 during office hours. The lost property office will still be open after the Swiss Indoors Basel.
