Various seating categories cater to different wishes and needs. An excellent view of the Center Court is guaranteed everywhere. Places with impaired visibility (e.g. by railings) are marked accordingly.

Tickets can be purchased by calling our ticket hotline +41 (0)900 552 225 (CHF 1.19/min.) or via the website www.swissindoorsbasel.ch. Each customer can reserve a maximum of 9 tickets when ordering using the hotline or the website.

Tickets are valid for the whole day and for all-day games. This applies for Center Court (assigned seating) as well as for Court 1 (open seating).

Fire safety rules and other stadium safety regulations require all visitors to have a ticket. Infants are also required to have their own seats (and tickets), and can therefore not be seated on another visitor’s lap. The event is unsuitable for children under the age of six.

A limited number of wheelchair spaces are available daily. For more information/tickets, please call +41 (0)61 485 95 94.

It is not possible to exchange or refund tickets. The only exception is tickets covered by Ticketcorner AG cancellation insurance. Further information can be found HERE.

Tickets for Center Court are transferable and can be passed on to another person. Re-entry for a transferred ticket holder is only possible if the original ticket was scanned when leaving the stadium.

Lost tickets cannot be replaced. Further information regarding cancellation insurance policies can be found HERE. In the case of an exception, please contact [email protected].

Tickets can only be purchased via the ticket hotline +41 (0)900 552 225 (CH5 1.19/min.) or via the website www.swissindoorsbasel.ch and at all official Ticketcorner pre-sales box offices.

Holders of regular tickets (category 1, 2 or 3), do not have access to the VIP Tennisdorf, Premium Lounge, Event Lounge or the Meeting-Point-Bar. Access cannot be purchased.

No person authorized to enter is allowed to permanently collect scores or statistical data of games in progress within the stadium, from the competition site, distribute, publish or publicize. This applies from the beginning to the end of a match and concerns any commercial betting or gambling intentions.

The daily programme will be published following the last match of the previous day. From the 1/8 finals onwards, upcoming matches can be found in the daily press and teletext.

The duration of the respective matches cannot be determined in advance, as matches vary in length (typically around one hour but up to two and a half hours). For more information on the hall’s opening hours, please click HERE.

Spectators attending this year’s Swiss Indoors Basel will be subject to random checks at the entrances.  In particular luggage brought in by tennis fans is likely to be thoroughly checked. As mentioned by the tournament organisers, these proceedings are part of the updated security measures. These directives for Swiss Indoors are also based on the recommendations of the ATP Tour and the police department of the canton of Basel-Landschaft.

Attention: Backpacks, suitcases, bags and handbags larger than DIN A4 are not allowed.

Parking spaces for disabled people are available, but the number is limited.

Photography and the recording of videos is permitted for personal use only. The use of flash is strictly prohibited!

Recommended dress code for the VIP area (Tennisdorf Premium Lounge, Kleines Village, VIP Lounges): Smart dress.

Limited parking is available in the car park at St. Jakobshalle Basel. If the car park is full, please follow the orange Swiss Indoors signs leading to the secure pay and display car park (daily fee of CHF 15.00 per vehicle). A complimentary shuttle service will transport you to and from the tournament site. No reserved parking spaces are available, nor is it possible to buy tickets with integrated parking or exit tickets. IMPORTANT: We recommend that visitors of Swiss Indoors Basel do NOT use the car park at the St. Jakob-Park shopping centre, as long-term parking is more expensive there. The park and ride system will not be operating during the weekend’s qualifying matches.

It is possible that individual match day tickets will be available for purchase at the ticket office. Telephone orders are possible only via the ticket hotline at +41 (0)900 552 225 (CHF 1.10/min.). The ticket office is near the main entrance of St. Jakobshalle Basel.

Lost items will be handed in at the tournament information desk at the main entrance on the day of the tournament and must be collected there by closing time on the same day. Items not collected will be handed over to the lost and found office at St. Jakobshalle after the Swiss Indoors Basel. Further information can be found here.
