The Swiss TV and radio broadcaster SRG and Swiss Indoors have signed an agreement to extend their contract until 2022. The SRG’s channels will thus report extensively in future on the matches in Basel. Also, SRG will continue to be responsible for the production of the tournament’s international TV signal, which is broadcasted in more than 180 countries. The SRG and Swiss Indoors Basel have formed a strong doubles partnership for 43 years, and this will continue. The agreement regulates live and post production rights for TV, radio and online medias. As before, the host broadcaster SRG will produce the tennis tournament’s world signal. Broadcasters worldwide report on the high point of Swiss tennis for a total of 3,300 hours.

I am delighted that SRG will produce and broadcast this sporting highlight for Switzerland in the years to come too.»
Roger Brennwald (photo, left), President of Swiss Indoors: «Swiss Television has been a loyal partner from the very beginning back in 1974. We value continuity and reliability. The new agreement is an important jigsaw puzzle piece for the future. The signal produced by the SRG is a central factor for coverage and presence of Swiss Indoors in the Tour’s TV world pool.»
