After passing through customs at the border on the motorway, continue following signs towards ‘Luzern, Bern, Zürich, Delémont’. Exit at ‘Basel - Süd/St. Jakob’ and follow the orange Swiss Indoors signs.
A limited number of parking spaces are available in the parking garage of the St. Jakobshalle Basel. Visitors are therefore requested to follow the orange P+R signs to the Leimgrube and Ruchfeld multi-storey parking lots in the Dreispitz area when arriving. The shuttle service will take you to the tournament site (approx. 15 minutes walking distance) and back. The journey takes about 10 minutes. The P+R system will operate from Monday, October 23, to Friday, October 27, from 1:00 p.m. to midnight (or until 30 minutes after the match ball of the last match) and from Saturday, October 28, to Sunday, October 29, 2023, from 12:00 a.m. to midnight (or until 30 minutes after the match ball of the last match).
Important: We recommend that visitors to Swiss Indoors Basel do not use the parking garage of the St. Jakob-Park shopping center under any circumstances during the period from October 21 to 29, 2023, as the prices for long-term parkers have been massively increased.
Parking is prohibited in the entire perimeter and forecourt area of the St. Jakobshalle Basel for safety reasons (escape routes).
We recommend that visitors coming to Swiss Indoors Basel from 21 October to 29 October 2023 do NOT use the car park at the St. Jakob-Park shopping centre, as long-term parking is more expensive there.
Tickets that also include parking or exit tickets cannot be purchased in advance. Parking in the entire area surrounding and in front of the St. Jakobshalle Basel is prohibited for safety reasons (escape routes).
Owing to the limited number of parking spaces near the St. Jakobshalle, we recommend immediately following the P+R signs at interchange in Pratteln.

Spectators attending this year’s Swiss Indoors Basel will be subject to random checks at the entrances, in particular baggage brought in by tennis fans. As mentioned by the tournament organisers, the measures are related to the updated security concept. These directives for Swiss Indoors are also based on the recommendations of the ATP World Tour and the police department of the canton of Basel-Landschaft.
